Cultural competency is the ability to understand, communicate with and effectively interact with people across cultures. Increase your cultural competency through an interactive Brunch & Learn Seminar Series with Level Up NorCal. Attendees may register for one seminar or the entire series. Each seminar will build on and improve your ability to work with and better understand the diverse populations of the northstate. Brunch is included. Attendees registering for the entire series will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the series. Level Up NorCal is a community-based organization in Northern California whose mission is to improve and promote the health, well-being and advancement of ethnic minorities, through education, support and advocacy. Level Up offers trainings on cultural competency, implicit bias, diversity, equity and inclusion, and has trained individuals, agencies and organizations throughout the northstate.
