Preparing for the Birth of your Child: Childbirth can and should be the most wonderful experience of your life. Let us help make that a reality. Our one-day Childbirth Class covers a variety of information including the basics of pregnancy, nutrition and exercise, labor and delivery, cesarean section delivery, anesthesia options, relaxation techniques, general overview of breast and bottle feeding, and newborn care. Our Childbirth Class is located in the main hospital building. Enter through the front door entrance and follow signs to cafeteria. Turn left at cafeteria and then there is a hallway on your right where you will turn. All classrooms are on the right. If you go past the bathrooms, you’ve gone too far! The Childbirth Class is held in Classroom 1. Parking: You can park in the main parking lot, in front of the hospital and enter through the front entrance.
