Hello NJ NICA Coaches! Welcome to NICA On-the-bike (OTB) 201 Skills Training for coaches, led by original coach supporter Fred Brown and Cognition Coaching. This class builds on the coaching skill you learned in OTB 101 - you must have completed OTB 101 before taking this class. Besides the actual on the bike skills, you will also learn about experiential teaching techniques, how to accommodate different learning styles, and how to create a positive learning environment for young riders.  LocationThis session will be conducted at 50 North Road, Chester, NJ 07930 The clinic will be held outdoors, so please bring your bike and appropriate riding and safety gear for the weather - we recommend layers. The fee includes a NICA OTB 201 field guide for your pack.  If you have a coach plate from previous seasons, please bring it to put on your bike.
