Bring a swimsuit, towel, and signed paperwork. LSC, will bring the rest. LSC staff will be on deck in blue or red Learn Scuba Chicago staff shirts. *Once you register, mandatory documents will be emailed to you to be completed prior to the event ( April 1st). Please be sure you carefully read through each sheet. We take your safety and ours seriously. If the forms are incomplete or you did not get physician approval if you were required, you will not be able to get into the water with us until they are completed.
