One Night of Healing This is a unique event for you to experience various types of healing all in one night. You can purchase a ticket for only the classes you want to take without having to stay for the whole event. Each class will begin promptly on time so that there is time for integration and for discussion. These are the classes that I will be offering: Chakra Balancing Mini Sound Bath Metatronia Meditation with Sound * please see descriptions of each class below **I will be offering a discount for those that want to purchase tickets for multiple events. If you purchase tickets for 2 classes please use the code: "Bundle" for a discount. *** If you would rather save the additional fees please send me a message for alternative payment options. What to bring? You will be laying on a floor mat and will have access to a blanket and some bolsters but please make sure you bring anything that will make you feel comfortable like yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, cushions, or blankets. Our bodies tend to cool down as we enter meditative states so I suggest that you dress warm and comfortably or have the option to cover yourself with an additional layer. Please make sure to drink plenty of water before during and after the experience. You can bring crystals, jewels, water, etc... to charge with the vibrations of sound. Important Information The doors will open 15 min prior to each class time. Each class will begin as close to the hour as possible. There will be 15 mins, before the hour, for people to transition in and out of class. ***If you plan to stay for additional classes make sure to bring something to hydrate and snacks if you need them. Refunds Unfortunately there are no refunds at this time, but you may transfer your ticket to someone else or you may transfer your ticket to a future event. Parking There is plenty of parking outside the building. Release of Liability I understand that I am responsible for my own health, healing and well-being. I also understand I can heal myself. I hereby request and consent to the technique of energy, spiritual or distance healing modalities within the scope of Cesar Lujan’s healing techniques. I further understand holistic healing is not a substitute for adequate medical care and I intend to remain under the care of my primary healthcare provider. I will advise Cesar Lujan, CRTS of anything that might help us work together better to achieve the whaling that I seek. I understand the services provided by Cesar Lujan may cause some minor discomfort, and certain adverse side effects. If I have any concerns about these things, I will keep Cesar Lujan fully advised about my concerns so the intervention may be terminated if necessary or revised to minimize any harm to me. I understand my own health and wellness is my responsibility. Therefore, I agree to use the services of Cesar Lujan, CRTS to help me make the best decisions regarding my health, healing and well-being through Crystals, Essential Oils, Karuna Reiki, Metatronia Therapy and Sound Therapy. I understand that if I have -- or if I think I have -- a medical concern, condition, disease, disorder, issue or symptoms, Cesar Lujan will help me reduce any related stress and refer me to a licensed chiropractic, medical or osteopathic physician for further assistance. I also understand if I have -- or if I think I have -- a psychological or emotional concern, condition, disease, disorder, issue or symptoms, Cesar Lujan, CRTS will help me reduce any related stress and refer me to a licensed counselor, psychologist or psychiatrist for further assistance. Balancing your Chakras with the power of sound is rejuvenating and revitalizing. You will be guided through a brief meditation while the crystal singing bowls are played to help align your chakras. What to expect in class? * I will give a brief explanation of how sound will assist in aligning you chakras. * A brief guided meditation will be given. * The Quartz Crystal Singing bowls will be played for the duration of the class. * This is 30 min class and you will have a 5 min grace period, but I need to start as close to 6pm as possible. I will lock the door at 6:15pm for security reasons and will unlock the door at 6:45pm for the next class. This is a mini version of my regular full hour experience. I will take you through a guided meditation and allow the quartz crystal singing bowls to take you on a journey. What to expect in class? * I will give a brief explanation of how sound helps the body. * A brief guided meditation will be given. * The Quartz Crystal Singing bowls will be played for the duration of the class. * This is 30 min class and you will have a 5 min grace period, but I need to start as close to 7pm as possible. I will lock the door at 7:15pm for security reasons and will unlock the door at 7:45pm for the next class. Metatronia is a type of energetic healing that is facilitated by a practitioner's direct connection to source energy and they guide the energy to flow toward the intended purpose. What to expect in class? * I will give a brief explanation on Metatronia Therapy and how it came to be. * A guided meditation will be given to allow you to connect to the energy. * Metatronia will then guide you on your personal journey. * Sound will also be used for each person, during the meditation, to clear the body and enhance the experience. * This is 30 min class and you will have a 5 min grace period, but I need to start as close to 8pm as possible. I will lock the door at 8:15pm for security reasons. Who is Cesar Lujan? He is a Sound Healing Teacher & Frequency Carrier trained in Los Angeles, California. He has studied various healing modalities such as Crystal Healing, Holy Fire III Usui & Karuna Reiki, Metatronia Therapy, and Raindrop Technique. He utilizes all his expertise to create a magical experience that will envelop and blanket you with comfort and serenity. He holds space for you to have a personal encounter with your higher state of consciousness hence allowing for insight, ideas, clarity, release, and/ or healing to happen.
