The Food Bank RGV invites you to join us at Spanky's Burgers and more in Brownsville for an Empty Bowls Paint Party. Come and help us paint bowls to use for our Food Bank RGV's Empty Bowls Lower Valley. With admission, you'll be able to paint as many bowls as you'd like for our special upcoming event. Please note: You will not be able to take the bowls home but feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like.
