The traditional class is a hands-on, 2 hour sushi experience that starts off with the tools and tricks of the trade, then we dive into the origins of sushi and roll our way to the modern day. We touch on Sashimi, Nigiri, Traditional rolls (Hosomaki) and Specialty rolls (Uramaki). This is a lab style class which means two people per station with everyone rolling and eating their own sushi.
We will be working with Atlantic Salmon, Ahi Tuna, and Smoked Steelhead.
