Description

Hypno-breathing is ancient breathwork technology that takes one into a trance state, followed by a guided meditation. Allowing access to suppressed emotions and to the subconscious mind, you will be led into the depths of your Soul where transformation happens by your ability to surrender to Self-Love. Deep subconscious negative programming deactivation and replacement with new positive programming. Hypno-breathing was developed by Eostar Kamala. In these sessions Eostar uses and connects her training and experience with breathwork, pranayama, altered states and hypnosis. When the thinking mind is disengaged, the subconscious mind is available for re-coding. We are using the opportunity created by the breathwork-trance to release old, painful memories and re-code healthier and more life-supporting patterns for a lasting positive transformation. The Hypo-Breathing series that Eostar offers encompass a wide area of behavioral programs that participants want to make a lasting change in. Each session focuses on a different area. These include Forgiveness, Negative Emotional Bond Cord Cutting, Inner Child Work, Birth Trauma Release, Re-Owning Rejected Parts, Re-programming for Abundance and more. This event will focus on re-owning rejected parts - parts of ourselves that we feel resistant to, that we dislike, that we push away. This guided meditation is based on a technique called Parts Work, identifying exiled wounded parts of ourselves that we have disowned. We cannot “get rid of” that which is a part of ourselves. In this hypno-breathing session participants will get a chance to resolve this internal conflict by going through a process of re-integration and calling back these rejected parts to integrate into our internal family of sub-personalities. Be ready for deeply transformational inner work in the subconscious realms, realigning with your true self and resolving past trauma. What to bring?
A yoga mat and a blanket. An additional blanket or a towel to fold under your head. We are recommending against pillows as it is better to keep your head closer to the ground.  A bottle of water to drink.  A notebook and a pen for journaling afterward.  An eye-mask or a shawl to cover your eyes with. There will be a limited number of yoga mats and blankets available for people who don't have one.
Schedule:
