Join us for an afternoon of presence & intention. We'll nourish our bodies & spirits to leaving feeling rejuvenated & connected to our heart space. Gather in the sharing circle as we will talk about tapping into our intuition and developing individual gifts. Then, we'll step outside to the grass for some fresh air and earthing/grounding. Once we feel energized, we'll enjoy some music + dance as we allow our bodies to move freely. Next, we'll participate in a cacao ceremony for heart opening. The day will finish with a relaxing sound bath. What to Bring? - A mat/blanket/pillow for the sharing circle/sound bath - BYOB (non-alcoholic) water bottle etc. - Altar: Anything you'd like to add- crystals, candles, jewelry, photos - Optional: Anyone who'd like to bring a snack to share is welcome! What is a Cacao Ceremony? Cacao ceremonies are centuries old, dating back to the Mayans & Aztecs. These rituals are a Shamanic tool to induce heart opening, rebalance energies within & enhance focus. Ceremonial Cacao is a powerful superfood that offers a boost of energy without the crash. We will be enjoying Keith's pure ceremonial cacao.
