Description

During our January Seasonal Workshop we talked about 2023 as year of redesign, not reset. That it will be marked by disruption both personally and externally, in large and small ways. And how those moments of disruption; the breaks in routines, cycles and systems, offer you an open door to create the life that you want to live. Spring is the perfect time to set the intention for new growth. It brings a balance of feminine and masculine energy to move from potential into action. It marks the time, when seeds are planted for future nourishment. In this workshop, you will identify your intentions to redesign key aspects of your life and the steps you will take to create that change. The venue for this workshop is the beautiful Nature Center at White Deer Park. It is the perfect place hold a spring workshop like this, as it is glass on three sides, and surrounded by nature. We’ll discuss the need for tracking progress, creating a support structure, maintaining flexibility, and celebrating progress. We will also focus on three areas that contribute greatly to your well-being and balance: managing stress and anxiety, establishing and holding your boundaries, and making time in your schedule for what nourishes you. We’ll also practice body movements and techniques that you can do at home to release stress and feel centered and at home in your body. Did we mention we'll have a Crystal PopUp Shop?? Vickie Penninger will be joining us with crystals for sale. See her profile here. Workshop attendees will be able to shop for crystals during breaks! Who is teaching this workshop?
