This event will be held outdoors as we connect back to the Earth and self.
We will move through a simple yoga practice, followed by an easy meditation, and then a sound bath to help soothe your soul.
Sound baths are a meditative practice involving the use of resonant music and vibrations. This creates an immersive sound that fills the body, aiming to help people relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns.
Children are welcome and encouraged as well as free of charge to attend event
Please bring your own yoga mat or meditation pillow and any other items you may need to feel comfortable!
