This is a free workshop, taught by women, to help get you and your mountain bike tuned in by learning to make adjustments on trail during our group ride. This workshop will be at the Elm Creek Single Track Trailhead. A welcoming space for beginners and seasoned riders to come together to review safety skills and learn helpful techniques to ensure you have a safe riding season. This will also be a great opportunity to meet other riders!
Please, bring your own bike, helmet and we'll go from there!
You will learn to:
-perform a proper bike check before the ride
-review of safety gear before the ride
-how to check and make adjustments to tire pressure while on trail
-how to check and make adjustments to suspension while on trail
-how to make other minor adjustments to your bike while on trail
-we'll get an easy group ride in with a rad group of
**This free workshop is limited to 20 people, you must be 18 years or older or accompanied by an adult/guardian, this is open to all who identify as female or as non-binary**
We'll have extra pumps and tools for you to use if you don't have them. :)
