Join us for a special evening at the gallery for a Journey Through Chakras Yoga Session + Live DJ Set Peter Croce and view the current exhibition, "And And And And" after-dark. This will be a yoga class led by instructor Samantha Jameson in collaboration Peter Croce at PLAYGROUND DETROIT. This is a special opportunity is a forum for creatives and healing experiences based on the principles of movement, chakra alignment, and meditation. Yoga class begins at 7:30pm-9pm. Journey Through Chakras Yoga Session uses an innovative approach to unlocking the chakra energy within. Through guided expressions and self-exploration, this process begins to dissolve blockages while healing the body, mind, and spirit. Classes incorporate breath work, touch and sound, as well as stillness through observation. In conjunction with the current exhibition, "And And And And," this evening yoga session will focus on the art of healing, and the healing of art through this new approach to healing one’s self, through one’s self. This is a class FOR EVERYBODY the only requirement is a fearlessness to evoke your artist within. ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR Samantha Jameson is a Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, Birth + Postpartum Doula, and Ayurvedic practicioner. She has completed several yoga programs over the past nine years, which include Yoga Therapy and Buti Yoga.
