Join us for a 6 week class series where you can learn about healthy eating in your community. Learn how to enjoy healthy food that tastes great while staying on budget. We will discuss how to vary our protein, make 1/2 our grains whole grains and more.
Each class is in person and last 1 hour. Receive a free cook book at the end of the series. And receive free produce after each class.
Dates of series are : May 10, 17, 24,31 June 7 & 14 @ 11 A.M.
