Limited to 20 contestants who have never participated in a competitive grooming ring. You will be given 3 hours to prepare your exhibit for judging. A mentor will be available for questions and suggestions, but all grooming must be done by the competitor. Competitors must bring a dog with at least 6 weeks of growth and groom it to its breed profile or create a different breed. The dog must be clean, dry and free of mats. Sanitary and pads may be clipped prior to the show. Each competitor must supply all grooming equipment including table and arm. Pure breeds or mixed breeds are allowed. All grooming must take place in the ring. Your groom will be judged on styling skill and the best transformation in appearance. Prizes will be awarded!
