Beginners welcome! No experience necessary! The Innovation Kitchen Learning Series is a series of hands-on workshops, led by culinary experts, to teach tips and tricks you can use whether it's your first time with your own kitchen or you've been cooking for years.
The IKLS for Spring 2023 will include:
Thursday, 1/26 5-6:30pm Cooking 101: Food & Knife Safety
Thursday, 2/16 5-6:30pm Cooking 102: Basic Methods
Thursday, 3/23 5-6:30pm Fundamentals of Sauces and Stocks
Thursday, 4/13 5-6:30pm Finish Your Dish: Proper Presentation
The Innovation Kitchen is located on the 2nd floor of the AMU (room 250). Pre-registration is required for all IKLS events, but you don't need to register for all four if you only want to attend one or two. Every workshop will include an edible component to take home or devour on the spot.
