This is the harsh reality for those who have grown up in Wilmington’s infamous RiversideProjects in Wilmington Delaware. 25-year-old Young Seda is one of those Riverside babiesfighting to rise above the statistics. Since high school, Seda has been a voice of hope in thehood.
