Did you know that earth is going through her own evolutionary ascent into a new and higher vibration and that many of us are both supporting her and joining her? Change, uncertainty and transformation are afoot now and yet is it an an auspicious and historic time to be alive. Ascension is both about a new and more expanded consciousness AND it is about the evolution of our bodies to be able to hold higher frequencies. Many of you are already experiencing this process with all sorts of wondrous and sometimes troubling mental, emotional and physical symptoms. We will explore: 1) What is the actual ascension process and how it is affecting each and every one of us. 2) How we can better support ourselves, our bodies and Earth as we undergo this process. 3) Community sharing - open forum for sharing how we are each being affected by the new energies on earth now. 4) How to stop judging and comparing ourselves and our journey and instead learn to stay open to new perceptions and new paradigms. 5) Why caring for your body is the best thing you can do now to assist your ascension. 6) Practical tools and tips to ride all the transformational change that is afoot. 7) How the Heart Center, Compassion and Unconditional Love can bring courage and trust to our journeys. I've wanted to teach this class for a long time as I went through all sorts of strange physical symptoms myself that had nothing to do with illness or health. Until a series of dreams came to me and gave me great insight into the ascension process. This workshop is for those who are already well on their way in their ascension journey and familiar with the process and for those who are just beginning. A heart centered space created by all who are present can aid and facilitate our own healing, awakening and transformation while opening ourselves to greater possibilities.
