Are you dealing with any aches and pains? Are you concerned about your running mechanics? Or are you new to running and just want to learn more from the experts?! Come down to the Brooks Trailhead on March 28th for a Medical Night with HIDEF Physical Therapy. Before and after our Group Run, the physical therapists from HIDEF Physical Therapy will be available to evaluate any aches and pains, give you strengthening exercises to improve your running, or evaluate your mechanics. The physical therapists will be available starting at 5:30pm and the group run will be at our normal time of 6:00pm. We will have a three-mile and six-mile options. Everyone is welcome from beginner runners to experienced marathoners! We'll have paper copy of the routes for anyone interested.
