Matzo Ball Soup Traditionally served at Passover, this brothy soup is usually served with little or no vegetables. However, we will be making a more embellished soup with carrots, celery, and asparagus. The matzo balls are seasoned with fresh herbs, and the garlic-peppercorn stock is like a healthful spring tonic. Recipe courtesy of Moosewood Restaurant, Ithaca, NY.
