Two days before followers of Jesus celebrate His resurrection and defeat of death, we remember and reflect on the crucifixion of our Lord Jesus Christ. Join us for this personal time of reflection and remembrance of Good Friday. Come and stay as little or as long as you want. So, why do we call that day “good”? The Apostle Paul reminds us that it was through the cross of Christ that God was “canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands... nailing it to the cross” (Colossians 2:13-15). Through the greatest evil ever perpetrated (the murder of God) was brought about the greatest good (the opening of eternity to us). Thus, it indeed was Good Friday.
