We welcome you to join us in the beautiful healing barn at JPH at Ferryhill for a 75 minute Yin Yoga and Sound Therapy Workshop led by Kim Welby. You will then be invited to gather and connect as a comunity as you enjoy a delicious tea and treat bar provided to you by the JPH catering team.
Kim will guide you through a 60 minute Yin Yoga practice that ends with a 15 minute savasana and sound therapy with Crystal sound bowls. In yin yoga, we will hold postures from 3-10 minutes to allow a deeper release of the muscle tissue. It’s a very quiet and slow practice that pulls you inside and creates a space for the mind and body to let go. Crystal sound bowls create vibrational healing that radiates through the body and facilitates a deeper state of rest. All levels welcome.
