About the Speaker
Erika is the Workforce Development Manager at ARA and has worked in many other roles that complement her current position in the ARA. She has skills pertaining to HR Management, Employee Training, and Program Marketing. Her recent involvements include creating and implementing high-quality intervention initiatives to optimize client relations, and, drive positive outcomes, fueling mission-critical process improvements to enhance employee, and team performance.
Being passionate about her field, she has always focused on her personal advancements as well. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Concordia University, and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Concordia University. It doesn't stop there. Erika spends countless hours learning, mounting, and implementing powerful HR strategies that enable her to unleash and wield top-level capabilities to support the mission and vision of the organization.
