Love kombucha and always wanted to make it yourself? Come learn how by doing it yourself in this workshop. You will learn the process, make it yourself, and then take home your own jar of kombucha (including the kombucha scoby) which will allow you to make endless amounts of kombucha. Emily Makrez, owner of F-Word Farm and educator on all things fermenting, farming, and foraging related, will walk you through making your own kombucha. The workshop will include the basics of what is happening, how to flavor and carbonate your kombucha naturally, as well as how to keep your scoby alive for endless use!
