Settle in with a glass of wine* and get to grips with the fundamentals of a a spring arugula & strawberry salad with homemade dressing, a Quiche Lorraine, and carrot cake with cream cheese frosting! This is a hands-on class and participants each create the dishes in hands on practical groups! This is a fully engaging and hands-on class - all equipment and ingredients are provided!
