Jennifer Toomer-Hay has been a Realtor since 2002. During her time in sales, she was one of the top 12 agents in the state of Alaska, and ran an icon level sales business. Jennifer served as a Director on the Anchorage Board of Realtors.
In 2011, Jennifer became the CEO of Keller Williams Alaska Group. Keller Williams Alaska Group grew from 180 agents to 317 and closed over a billion dollars in sales annually by the end of her tenure. In 2014, Jennifer left Alaska to relaunch the Keller Williams Vestavia office in Birmingham, Alabama out of a strong desire to live near her family. In nine years, the office has grown from 44 agents to 434 agents and exponentially increased profit. KW Vestavia is now the top ranked office in the Birmingham MLS in closed transactions.
