Can you believe it's been ten years since PFP hosted its first-ever fitness class? Time flies when you're having FUN! To celebrate the wonderful PFP community that we have formed over the last decade, we decided to host this year's Birthday Bash in April to honor Parkinson's Awareness Month and give members of our global community members the opportunity to attend. As a special treat for global participants who make the trip, we are making this year’s Birthday Bash celebration a two-day event. For global participants who RSVP in advance, we will do our best to help you find accommodations for your stay. We will kick off the festivities on Friday, the 14th, with a special workout, meet and greet and guest speaker. The main Birthday Bash event will take place on Saturday, the 15th, at the Asian American Resource Center. Expect delicious food, great company, performances, and more! The theme for the Saturday Bash is "glitz & glam," so we'll be dressed to impress! This event is absolutely free to attend for all PFP community members. Stay tuned for more information!
