This summer we aim to take a big leap into speed development for athletes of all ages, sport focus, and abilities. Through the use of hyper accurate laser timing and GPS tracking systems athletes will be placed into groups that best fit the area of focus needed for them to improve this summer. Training focus will vary but include acceleration, deceleration, top speed, change of direction, and more... Summer Speed School is open to every athlete between athletes entering 5th grade through college. Our goal is to create and provide and fun training environment that allows for maximum growth with each and every athlete. Whether we need to master the basics with beginners or really open up and push the older athletes we will have something for everyone. This 8 week program will run from 6/19-8/10 at 9 a.m. on the Legacy Field at Caesar Rodney High School.
