Instructor Chef Mama K of Grandma's Root Cellar (located in NewBo City Market) will teach students about the fundamentals of sourdough bread baking. Students will also get a hands-on opportunity to learn an easy jam recipe and go home with some of the final product. This will be held in the Culinary Kitchen, within the NewBo City Market.
