Festival DescriptionCupertino's Earth Day & Arbor Day Festival is an interactive event that invites community members of all ages to learn about environmental issues and solutions in a family-friendly atmosphere. Consistently attracting over 5,000 attendees and about 100 partner organizations, the Earth Day & Arbor Day Festival features hands-on activities, live entertainment, and delicious food served by local food trucks. Tabling Partner OpportunitiesNon-profit and for-profit tabling partners that provide display booths at Cupertino’s Earth Day & Arbor Day Festival share information, host activities, and sell products and services that inspire environmental protection and stewardship. Your registration supports the City in planning a successful event that will engage community members in the diversity of programs and services that ensure Cupertino is healthy, sustainable, and resilient for generations to come. Certified Green Businesses through GreenBiz Cupertino will receive special recognition at the event. Tabling Partner FeesEach tabling partner fee includes 1 table and 2 chairs in a 10'x10' space. Additional tickets must be purchased for additional tables and chairs.  $11.00 fee for non-profit tabling partners; or$60.97 fee for business tabling partners who are currently licensed in Cupertino; or $72.92 fee for business tabling partners not located in Cupertino (includes one-time business license).Additionally, anyone can add a second booth space. $11.00 fee for an additional 10'x10' space (includes an additional table and 2 chairs)Sponsorship OpportunitiesCupertino invites your business to join us in supporting this event through one of our sponsorship opportunities.  Registration fees are covered in sponsorship payment. A full list of our sponsorship levels and details can be found on our website cupertino.org/earthday. EquipmentTables are 6'x30". Unless additional spaces are purchased, all partners & vendors will receive 1 table and 2 chairs.Canopies / umbrellas are NOT provided. If you need one, please bring your own canopy. Please secure your canopy as it often gets windy.Electrical access will NOT be provided.Sanitation stations will be provided throughout the festival.
