Coach D is a USA Weightlifting Level 2 Coach that has produced state champions, a national medalist, a youth Team USA member, and an American record holder! Coach D is also a weightlifting athlete who does yoga frequently to promote and maintain joint mobility to optimize weightlifting.
This clinic is for beginner weightlifters, weightlifters who would love confidence in getting under a barbell, or anyone who loves weightlifting at any age! We will cover barbell positioning, barbell balance, proper jerk footwork, and more! Each day will come with mobility work and movement complexes to better!
