Your clients may be prequalified, or are struggling to find a home in their price range. Learn how to help your clients bridge the affordability gap as they may qualify for one or multiple down payment assistance programs. Attending this luncheon or the other session on the March 30th is a requirement to participate in partnership with Trellis as the qualifications for eligibility are narrow and we want your clients to receive the best service that you and we have to offer. We also offer financial capability and homeownership advising with our counseling staff and are happy to work with them if they currently don't qualify as DPA is only part of our learning experience for clients. The following are DPA programs we are offering: Avondale Home, Avondale New Build, City of Phoenix Open Doors, Maricopa County ARPA/Newtown, WISH and Trellis DPA. Questions?
