Description

Wellness Tools is a group for anyone ages 18-29. It will be held at 11:00 on Tuesdays at the Venice YANA location. This group is lead by a Peer Support Specialist with their own lived experience with mental health conditions and recovery. There will be open forums, wellness worksheets, coping skills and yoga/ breathing techniques. This group is a laid back space for people to express their emotions and obtain new coping skills.
