In Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, we focus on the ground, even on our back, simulating real confrontational situations. We learn how to maneuver and protect ourselves using leverage and technique. You will learn how to isolate an opponents limb and use your entire body against it to incapacitate the attacker. You will also learn various chokes and strangles that will make the attacker pass out, giving you time to escape.
