Annual Meeting Agenda - Come prepared to highlight and celebrate successes of the year Partner Meeting: 2:30-4:30 pm (snack provided during meeting but Bring Your Own Beverage!) Dinner Set-up & Socializing: 4:30-5:00 PM Annual Meeting Event: 5:00-8:00 PM Welcome & Dinner 5:00-6:00 PM: Boxed lunches from Honey baked Ham and available for those that contribute $20+. Choice of meal paid for by $20 ticket. Guest Presentation 5:45-6:45 PM: entitled Grand River Greenway: Past, Present, and Future. Presenters: Aaron Bodbyl-Mast, Ottawa County Parks Planner and Jason Shamblin. Ottawa County Parks and Recreation Commission Director. Description: This presentation will be a review of the origins of the Greenway vision, how it developed, the current status of the Greenway and the Idema Explorers Trail, and the plans for the future.” Plans for expansion into Kent County will be shared. Annual Meeting and Recognition: 6:45pm - 7:30 PM: Partners should plan to share an update on accomplishments (slide show, verbal and round table). Wrap-Up 7:30-7:45 PM Reserve your WMCN place for a meal and presentation on June 22nd at the Kent county Parks near office and conference room through this EventBrite.
