Come plant trees and help with trash and leaf litter removal at the Sun Prairie Dream Park while connecting with your neighbors and improving your community at this family-friendly event. The Dane County Land and Water Department will be giving away saplings to take home and plant in your yard. Light refreshments will also be available. Meet at the Sun Prairie Dream park to join. All work materials will be provided so just bring yourselves and a pair of work gloves if you have them. Wear comfortable clothing that can get dirty. This event will take place rain or shine. In the event of thunderstorms it will be rescheduled and attendees will be emailed the morning of, and an alternate date will be selected. This event is hosted by the Sun Prairie Dream Park, Tree Canopy Collaborative, Sun Prairie Park Friends, and Sierra Club— join us to learn more about our mission in your community!
