About the Venue: Developed in the late 1960’s by IBM as its North American Research and Development facility. Boca Raton Innovation Campus, or "BRIC," is home to the invention of the first personal computer. The office park has been significantly upgraded from 2005 to present and is touted for its iconic Marcel Breuer architecture. CP Group, formerly Crocker Partners, acquired BRiC in 2018 with the vision of building off its innovative past and evolving the campus into the premier technology and life sciences hub in the Southeast. BRiC, a lifestyle office park has been significantly upgraded since initially acquiring the property in 2018. It's the location of Bill Gates' infamous business deal to license his operating system to IBM. Today, BRIC is the largest single facility office complex in the state of Florida at 1.7 million square feet - larger than Google's Campus, housing 40 tenants including Baptist Health Regional Hospital Administration Offices , Canon, Modernizing Medicine, Total Wine and Bluegreen Vacations.
