Sunrise Beach Yoga Delray Beach was created to bring together a group of like minded individuals who love yoga, the beach, and the sunrise. My name is Pedro and I love yoga and creating community! No prior yoga experience required, and all levels welcome! I look forward to guiding and practicing with you! We will meet every Sunday!  Details: Class will start at 6:30 am! Class is 60 minutes long. No Prior yoga experience required. Class will be an all levels hatha-vinyasa style yoga class. What To Expect: A beautiful unique yoga experience as the sun rises with a nice community of people. What To Bring: A yoga mat or large sheet/blanket. The best set up is to place a large sheet or tapestry on the sand and place your mat on top of it. This allows for a much larger range of practice space without sand getting on your mat. All Ages. All Levels. WELCOME. Parking is free on A1A and Opal Grand parking lot across from beach.
