The Women's Empowerment Conference is held annually, and is the largest event hosted by the Women’s Leadership Initiative, a student-run organization at Yale that works to empower women on campus to become leaders, and aims to connect women students with other women leaders and career opportunities. For the past 15 years, the Yale Women’s Empowerment Conference has brought together women from Yale, as well as the greater tri-state area, with an aim of fostering a strong community and providing a platform to discuss and learn more about issues that are relevant to women. The event will feature panels, workshops, and keynote speakers. This year, we are also excited to introduce a community fair, featuring women-centric organizations.
