Come breathe and flow in the fresh mountain air on this Yoga and Hiking journey at the iconic Red Rocks Park. We’ll hike the beautiful Trading Post Trail while sprinkling yoga and meditation sessions throughout. We always stop at the amphitheater and sometimes do yoga on the stage (like the rockstars that we are)! This hike is 1.5 miles long with an elevation gain of approximately 360’ and is rated moderate. As always, we take breaks when needed and keep a pace that is comfortable for everyone. All levels of yoga experience are welcome.
