MY STORY My name is Cecelia Mims, native of Denver, Colorado. As a young single mother of thee, I wanted to make sure my family had a home of our own. This urge drove me to do the extreme, to buy a house during a time when there was no down payment assistance available. And yes, on a minimal income, I was forced to work two jobs to cover two loans, one for the mortgage and a second for the down payment. After closing on my home loan, the first year was one of the hardest years of my life until the 2nd loan was paid. This is why I am invested in helping others reach their real estate needs, to make the process easier than mine and less stressful. It was challenging and confusing when I bought my first home, but well worth it, because throughout the years I have owned seven properties.
