Vendor Registration ~ Please read carefully Historic Oakland’s annual Wedding & Event Showcase will take place on Sunday, April 16, 2023, from 1:00 PM-4:00 PM. This event has been a huge success in prior years in connecting vendors to clients and clients to a one-stop-shopping experience for weddings and events. Your vendor registration fee includes: • 1 -8’x8’ booth space, 1 6’long table & 1 banquet chair. Please bring your own table linen. Displays measuring greater than 8’x6’ cannot be accommodated. Displays may not be leaned on walls. You may not bring in your own table. • A listing in our showcase planner that all guests in attendance will receive upon arrival. • One year on our Resource List featured on our website & in all tour packets. • Vendor highlights on our social media pages leading up to the showcase. Payment is due in full at the time of booth registration. No refunds will be given for vendor cancellation after February 17, 2023. If vendors must cancel prior to February 17, 2023, a $25.00 administration fee will be retained. If payment is made via check, payment must be received within 7 business days of registration before your registration is cancelled. Vendor location is at the discretion of Historic Oakland. Booths are set up on both the main level, 2nd floor, and outside tented area. Vendors in the same category may by placed next to each other. If you have an accommodation that needs to be addressed in your vendor placement, please speak with staff BEFORE registering to see how we can best accommodate you. Location is based on availability & showcase flow. ~*Vendor Advertisement*~ (Registered vendors only) We are pleased to be able to offer you yet another way to grow your customer base. Get your company name in front of every guest at Historic Oakland's Wedding & Event Showcase. Reserve your space for a full color ad in our Showcase Planner which will be full of resources to help plan the perfect event. It will also include a Showcase Floor Plan and listing of each vendor with their contact information. Showcase Planner are also given to every tour that comes through the venue through the next year. Registered Vendor Add-On’s: 1) Weddings & Events Showcase Planner Advertising – Given to 300+ guests Inside Front Cover 8"x 5" $200 - Vertical Inside Back Cover 8"x 5" $175 - Vertical Full page 8"x 5" $150 - Vertical Half Page 4"x 5" $75 -Horizontal Quarter Page 4"x 2.5" $50 - Vertical Email Full color ads to [email protected] by Friday, March 17, 2023. 2) Promotion in Showcase bag (1 item per $30) Your promotional item and/or flier will be in our showcase bag, to be given to each bride/groom or guest of honor. Deliver 150 of your item/fliers to Historic Oakland by Thursday, March 31, 2023.
