The Stiletto Boss Awards is an event to celebrate the ‘EVERYDAY SUPERWOMAN’. These are women who are far from average and nowhere near mediocre but are often overlooked for their sheer dopeness. Queens of all sizes, shapes, colors, and backgrounds who are making the world more amazing by pushing societal boundaries, working diligently to make a difference in their communities, and walking in excellence every day! In 2014, the founder of the Stiletto Boss Awards, Staci PurPose Kirk, saw a need to celebrate women who had been overlooked by other platforms but were beyond worthy of honor and recognition. She set out to create an event that brought women together to share in the celebration of sisterhood, entrepreneurship, womanhood, and the existence of these unsung sheroes. Over the years this staple event in Cleveland has celebrated entrepreneurs, community service leaders, local television celebrities and countless women who have shifted the paradigm of what success looks like now and for the future. This edition of the awards will be no different but as Coach Staci promised when she started this amazing event, ‘each year we will be bigger and better because that is what these women deserve’!
