ABOUT JENNY GOINS
Jenny Goins is the President and CEO of the Kentuckiana Health Collaborative. Jenny is responsible for leading, engaging, and aligning employers and healthcare stakeholders to collaborate on innovative, systemic improvements to health and healthcare delivery. She is also on the Board of Governors for the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions.
She has more than a decade leading Kentucky’s largest self-insured public health plan and is an experienced HR executive. Jenny is a retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant whose career included duties in combat communications, journalism, personnel, and leadership development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational development and a master’s degree in adult learning with a focus on distance learning from Tusculum College in Greeneville, TN. She has earned her Senior Professional in HR certification, is a Kentucky Military Hall of Fame inductee, and a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. Jenny is passionate about her family and the opportunity to make a difference in the healthcare system. She enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband and extended family at their small cattle farm.
