Hosted by Health & Nutritional Coordinator Jeremiah Lennox in collaboration with registered dieticians from Ellis Medicine We will gather to explore cooking healthy, satisfying meals while in partnership with Registered Dieticians from Ellis Hospital. The dieticians will be available to answer any and all questions you may have about health and nutrition. This event is hosted at the Sandra and John Reschovsky Community Kitchen at the SiCM Community Hub located at 837 Albany Street Schenectady, NY 12307.
