Join your brothers in supportive fellowship for an evening of discussion and meditation. This is NOT a ‘therapy’ group! It is a personal development group for men. The Men’s Circle is a coming together of men from different walks of life to share the burdens and blessings of being men. This is less about “finding yourself,” and more directed at “creating yourself.” In our discussions, we will explore the process of acting productively on our emotions instead of burying or redirecting them. Through this lens, we will look inside ourselves to find forgiveness, understanding and purpose. By learning how to clarify and state our wants and needs as men, each of us creates the foundation to build a more successful and fulfilling life. THIS EVENT IS POSTED ON MULTIPLE PLATFORMS. His adventure highlights traveling through 40+ countries include: driving 18,000 miles from Cape Town, South Africa to Cairo, Egypt (crossing the entire continent of Africa), hitchhiking from China to Germany, backpacking the Great Wall of China, hitchhiking across Canada, joining a SCUBA survey of sunken World War II shipwrecks in the Philippines, hitchhiking the continent of South America (South to North), climbing to Mt. Everest Basecamp (w/ the French summit team), hiking the Appalachian Trail and visiting all 50 US States. He is the Author of The Frugal Nomad, available in bookstores worldwide. More Information available: www.jcurrie.guru DOMINIC POZZIE: Is a 48 year old Chicagoland native. For the last 10 years he has been active in many communities as an ally and advocate for LGBTQ, Veteran, Pagan and indigenous peoples rights. He attained his Usui Reiki Master / Teacher attunement in 2017 and has practiced since. Along with Reiki, Dominic has also studied herbalism / plant medicine, Shamanic ritual, drum journeying and vibrational therapy. He's also studied extensively with the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids. Dominic is a member of the Unitarian Universalist Church and has many ties to local ceremonial and prayer circles of both pagan and indigenous paths. His main connection is to the transformative element of fire. He has served the people and their prayers though his work with fire for the last 8 years. As someone well versed in world faiths and customs, his omnist perspectives have helped put a tempered edge on his intuitive healings to bring light into the darkness. AWAKE: Oneness Tribe!
