Hi Family !! I am ELATED that wellness is spreading like wild fire throughout communities and I am excited to have you all join me in my journey of serving ! I will be partnering with Above Art studios to offer two different time slots for yoga sessions. 10:30 am - Will be a beginner friendly SUNRISE flow that will be very intentional and more of a easy morning sequence. In this session we will be endulging in breathwork,connecting with the mind, stretching the body and releasing tension. 11:30 am - Will be our upbeat CURVY BLACK GIRL YOGA session where we hold a safe, comfortable, encouraging environment for all of our full figured women, who might think that the yoga space is not for. First of all it is iand everything will be very beginner friendly! This weekly session will allow us to come together, embrace our bodies, indulge in self love and learn how to continue the journey of our highest, healthiest selves ! So come knowing that this is a very UNAPOLOGETICALLY BLACK space for women of color. However we are absolutely ok with our curvy allies who feel comfortable in this space because its all love ! WHAT TO BRING : - A Thick mat, the thin ones will not be comfortable on this particular floor.
