Jody and Pheo will guide you through transformative breathwork, meditations, and experiential exercises, somatic movement, vocal sound healing, and holistic coaching. Using the intuition of horses, Bonnie and Deirdre will lead equine therapy exercises that illuminate where you are out of alignment. Two delicious vegan meals will be served. Hosts Jody Weatherstone Jody is a vocal educator, breathwork facilitator, and owner and creator of Soma Voce, connection and expression through body, breath, and voice. She has been teaching voice for 20 years and is certified as a Vocologist through the National Center for Voice and Speech at the University or Utah. Jody has a master’s in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in spirituality, mind, body practices, from Teachers College, and she has studied breathwork under David Elliott, completing his 5 level healer training. Discovering breathwork felt like finding the missing piece in her own journey and she offers it from a place of deep gratitude. Pheo Powers Pheo is a massage therapist, Reiki master, Integrative coach, and yoga and meditation teacher. She is trained in numerous bodywork modalities including Swedish, neuromuscular, and medical massage, connective tissue therapy and energetic palpation. She rceived her Reiki master certification in 2014 from Brett Bevell and attended the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. In seeking to understand herself and others through human anatomy, psychology, healthy living, and energetic practices, Pheo has developed a unique and deeply intuitive holistic healing practice. Deirdre Hamling As a lifelong equestrian and former Top Major Account Manager and Training Manager for Dun & Bradstreet and TRW, Deirdre has combined her deep-rooted passion for horses with her skills in corporate education to provide the ultimate training for individuals and companies seeking to enhance their leadership skills and team building dynamics. Deirdre is a member of EAGALA and is certified in E3A by the Equine Experiential Association. Bonnie Malajian Bonnie has over 35 years of clinical experience. She develops, directs, and facilitates equine growth and learning programs for corporate staff development and personal growth and healing sessions. She incorporates her lifelong appreciation of the horse-human connection. Bonnie is certified through The Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA) and The Equine Experiential Association (E3A). Overnight accomodations are not included in the ticket price, however, there are many local B and Bs, airbnbs, and motels in the Warwick/Florida/Chester area. The owner of Raven Hill Farms has a four bedroom house available at reduced pricing to our guests upon request. If interested please contact us directly at horses@ravenhillfarms. If you have never ridden horses, no worries! You can still participate. The equine portion does not include riding, but interactive exercises with the horses. Dinner the first night and lunch and snacks on the secod day are included. All meals are vegan. Friday April 21 4:00-9:00 The first day will include introductions, somatic games, transformative breathwork, and experiential activities as well as dinner, journaling and coaching. Saturday April 22 10:00-5:00 will begin with somatic dance, vocal sound healing, guided meditation, equine therapy. After a delicious lunch, restorative breathwork and intuitive coaching.
