Who: IIDA Members and Friends What: South Dakota | Seek Lecture Series: Session One Watch Party Join IIDA DDF recipient Jamie Eckmann, IIDA as she tells the story of her WYLD journey. Through visual storytelling Jamie will present the experiences of her voyage to expand her leadership skills and understand her unique strengths by creating a deeper connection with the natural world. With interactive participation Jamie will share some of the activities and insights she experienced during her WYLD Retreat and how they can be applied to gain a greater understanding of your leadership impact. The WYLD purpose is to lead you to be more intentional in how to spend your time, use your talents, build a tribe, and personalize your environment to maximize decision making and future growth. It is highly recommended that participants know their CliftonStrengths™ (Top 5 or full 34) to reflect on their personal strengths during the presentation.
