An avid cyclist and outdoor enthusiast, Jason has devoted the past 4 years of his career as CIO of RESPEC, an employee-owned engineering and technology consulting organization. Headquartered in Rapid City, SD and with almost 30 locations in 13 states in the U.S. and Canada, RESPEC is a fast-growing national company providing services globally. Prior to RESPEC, Jason spent time at Black Hills Federal Credit Union and Monument Health for over 20 years in different IT leadership capacities. Jason also serves on the Board of Directors for Black Hills Area Habitat for Humanity. Jason is passionate about leadership development but more importantly people in general. He is always working to better know himself while helping others see the purpose and value they bring. Jason is a follower of Christ, fiancé to a wonderful woman, Renae, and father to Andrew,16, and Maggie, 9 (but she’ll tell you she’s 10).
